Vehicle Code section 14601.1, “Driving on a Suspended License” and Vehicle Code section 23140(a), “Driving with a BAC of 0.05% of Greater when Under 21" Offenses Negotiated to Infraction Charge! No Probation!

Our client retained our office after being cited for a misdemeanor Vehicle Code section 14601.1(a), “Driving on a Suspended License,” offense and Vehicle Code section 23140(a), “Driving with a BAC of 0.05% or Greater when Under 21" offense after suffering a traffic collision. Our client is nineteen (19) years old and, prior to this incident, had multiple holds on his license causing suspensions with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Our office was able to negotiate for a complete dismissal of the misdemeanor driving on a suspended license charge and our client pled to the infraction driving with a BAC of 0.05% or more offense. Our client will not be placed on probation and only must pay a fine! This is a great Result for our client!
